Conference Catering Menu

Our conference catering menu offers a wide array of culinary delights to choose from for your event.  From breakfast buffets and plated lunches to elaborate dinner receptions, we have a menu that’s suitable for your needs.

Outside Catering

We also welcome outside catering at the Columbia Conference Center.  We require that any food be brought from an Oregon licensed and insured caterer or restaurant. We also ask that a certificate of insurance be provided by your caterer, naming the Columbia Conference Center as the “Named Insured”. When using an outside caterer to provide food for your event, they will only need to deliver the prepared food. Our courteous and attentive service staff will handle the rest. In addition, the caterer and/or restaurant are responsible for the quality and quantity of any catered food, as well as timely delivery.

A Fire Marshall permit of $225.00 may also apply.


Rivers Ballroom

  • $1,000 + 22% seating for 300- 1000 guests


The in-house service charge is in addition to the rental of the room and is as follows:

  • Buffet Service $200.00+22% Service Charge per table  (based upon 10 per table).
  • Plated Service $240.00+22% Service Charge per table  (based upon 10 per table).
  • This in-house service charge covers the use of our tables, linens and dinnerware; staffing; set up and breakdown of the event; use of kitchen facility; plus the cost associated with running the event. We still facilitate your event; the food is provided and prepared by your licensed caterer.

Bar Service

Our bar service follows compliance with Oregon Liquor Commission regulations.  All alcoholic beverages must be dispensed by licensed hotel staff.

  • A $100 set up fee will be assessed on each bar or alcoholic beverage station. Wine can be brought in with a corkage fee of $15.00+22% per 750 ml Bottle.
  • Outside beer kegs may be brought with a $150+22% tap fee per keg.
  • Northwest Wines and a variety of domestic and imported beers are available for purchase if desired.

All outside beverage services must be pre-arranged.

Deposit and Payment

Our deposit and payment policy works as follows:

The room rental fee will be required in advance as a deposit.  A deposit is considered non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance is due 10 days prior to the event unless a credit card is on file. The credit card will be authorized 10 days in advance for the full estimated balance due.
