We have expansive 15,500 square feet of versatile space at the Columbia Conference Center.  With eleven meeting rooms and seating available for up to 1,200 guests, it’s the ideal location for trade shows, board meetings, corporate functions or large scale events.  Our professional and knowledgeable banquet staff is on hand to provide all the tools and amenities you need to have a successful, well-organized event.

We welcome you to the Rivers Ballroom for all your event venues.  Whether you are hosting your next all company meeting or a small off-site brain storming session. The Rivers Ballroom is the perfect canvas where your guests can convene at a customized event venue. Together with our preferred vendors, or yours, our clients’ visions can come to life with a tailored set-up, unique décor, delicious culinary creations, and state of the art audio visual equipment.

The Columbia Conference Center event venue is located only two miles from the Portland International Airport and is adjacent to the Holiday Inn Portland Airport, making us the preferred choice for travel and accommodations in Portland, OR.  We also offer Portland International Airport free shuttle service.

The Rivers Ballroom offers over 15,000 square feet of versatile meeting space, ideal for trade shows and expositions.  There is a dedicated loading bay to the Rivers Ballroom, making for easy access to the facility.

Our on-site event planners will help you with all your trade show planning details.  From floor plans and rooms set-ups to catering and technological needs, we are at your service. For your convenience, our rooms are also equipped with high speed wireless internet access

The Columbia Conference Center can accommodate a variety of animal events. Whether it’s dog agility trials, reptile expos or feline specialty competitions, we have the perfect space for animal shows.

In addition to the 15,500 square feet that divides into two separate spaces, the Columbia Conference Center offers:
